The Third International Forum on Sustainable Manufacturing, organized by the Institute for Sustainable Manufacturing at the University of Kentucky, will take place Friday, Aug. 9, at the Hilary J. Boone Center on the UK campus.
The forum will bring together nationally and internationally known experts in sustainable manufacturing from industry, academia and federal agencies to examine advances in sustainable manufacturing at the product, process and systems (including supply-chain) levels.
UK faculty will share cutting-edge research through presentations about their work. The forum will also include a poster showcase of student research as well as on-going, multi-faculty research projects.
