Business owner Michael J. Davis opened the Camp Creek location of Cartridge World with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, December 8 at 1pm, hosted by the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce. The franchise marks the first Cartridge World location in South Fulton. Located at 3645 Marketplace Blvd, Suite 170 East Point, GA 30344, its mission is to provide customers with a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to continually purchasing new printer consumables. The store also offers an electronics recycling station and accepts  inkjet cartridges, laser cartridges, cell phones, GPS devices, Ipods, DVDs, PDAs, Video Games & Consoles, Digital Cameras, and laptops.

In addition to operating Cartridge World, Michael J. Davis also assists in the development of Wonderland Gardens, a public garden, providing residents of metropolitan Atlanta, particularly South DeKalb, with an opportunity to improve the quality of their life by connecting with nature through hands-on education.

Along side of South Fulton Chamber representatives and Cartridge World staff were East Point Councilwoman Sharonda Hubbard (Ward A, At Large), City of College Park Vice-Mayor Joe Carn, Debbs MacNellis of Keep South Fulton Beautiful, and Reverend Terrilyn Lemons of Cascade United Methodist Church.
