Anne Blair is the Program Director for Southern Alliance for Clean Energy’s (SACE) clean fuels program and serves as SACE's Georgia state liaison. Since 2003, Anne has been engaged in policy analysis, outreach and research on both state and federal levels, with an emphasis on clean transportation technologies including electric vehicles (EVs)and bioenergy. She is engaged in regulatory proceedings at the state level on issues related to renewable energy and has testified on transportation issues in numerous regulatory forums throughout the Southeast. 
 
She is a member of the Mothers & Others for Clean Air Leadership Board, the Green-E Governance Board, and the EarthShare of Georgia Board of Directors. She is a graduate of the Environmental Leadership Institute and serves on the Creation Care Committee at Decatur First United Methodist Church.
