2 bags of organic frozen corn - thaw in a colander in the sink to allow extra juices to run off

1 pint of organic cherry or grape tomaotes

1/2 cup of organic red onion, chopped

1/3 cup of organic poblano pepper, chopped

1 jalapeno, finely chopped


2 organic lemons

1/4 cup of organic olive oil

Herba Mare Seasoning to taste
(does contain potassium chloride)

Salt to taste
