We have been a big fan of Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram for a long time now. I interviewed her back in 2013 on Speaking of Green. Although I do not fully embrace her diet plan of all raw and vegan. I do think she has a lot to offer and we should all be eating more fruits and veggies raw. Her YouTube videos are full of light, joy and inspiration and I regularly watch to see what she is up to next. Even if you don't want to eat a fully raw diet including these recipes in your mix of food will bring much more diversity into your diet.
