In this book, Beth shares the story of her path to a life with less plastic. It is a useful book that not only provides you with facts and truths about plastic for your health and the environment, but also solutions to your own plastic problem. Beth is transparent throughout her book and offers some great alternatives, advice and resources that will help you to find alternatives to plastic in every aspect of life. This book could motivate you to follow in her footsteps and definitely makes you aware of your own consumption of plastic goods.
I borrowed the book from the library and the irony is that it was wrapped with a protective, plastic book wrap that I’m sure the library system installed before putting it into circulation. Beth does not mention anything about library books in here but that may be a great place to start making changes if you borrow books from the library.
It is an informative and fun book and I highly recommend that you download it for your e-reader if possible. This way you can always refer back to it if need be. It’s definitely a keeper book.
