Today, there are more great places to live in Atlanta than ever! Whether you want a chic loft with a skyline view, or a quaint cottage with a neighborly front porch and lots of green space, you can find it. Our area remains one of the most reasonably priced in the country, too.
As a resident of Atlanta since the 70's I have seen our city and metro area grow and change. Intown neighborhoods that were once rundown and neglected have blossomed as the result of the hard work of many neighbors, real estate investments by private citizens, and the efforts of city governments to add parks, sidewalks and other amenities.
As I help you achieve your goals in real estate, I would also like to assist you in reducing your energy costs. Buildings contribute 40 to 50 % of the greenhouse gases that are changing our climate, but there are easy measures you can take for a more comfortable home that has a reduced impact on the planet. I hold the Ecobroker designation as a result of my study in energy efficiency and environmental health. I recently earned the LEED Green Associate designation from the United States Green Building Council.
